This was quite new for me as I am more of a Financials and Procurement consultant but its a challenge and I love challenges.

I gathered all the necessary information on what we are trying to achieve and followed the users guide step by step. Although every aspect of the guide doesn't applies to us as an organisation. So i had to only configure what is required.
As easy as it looks, it can take you a long time and for me personally, I used an agile approach by configuring and testing to see what works doing that over and over again and making few configurations changes as we go.
We got there in the end and looking at how everything came together with the project management and performance dashboards makes me realize how much I love what I do.
